About Me

Hi! My name is Karolina, and I am a manifestation and mindset coach. I have manifested and created life I always dreamed of in all areas of my life except one. I was unable to develop healthy relationship with food and drop the extra weight.

After years of trials and errors, after thousands spent on education, I have came out with my Breakthru Method that finally works!

I was never the skinniest child. I struggled with overeating and binge eating since childhood. As long as I can remember, I was always trying to lose weight. For few years, I was queen of fasting, which actually led me to even worst binge eating disorder.

After having 2 children 2 years apart, I was left with extra 25kg. Staying home with the kids, working from home, I felt isolated and was falling deep into overeating. All my weight loss attempts ended in extreme headaches, so at one point I just gave up.

I should be the happiest person in the world, I've had everything I ever dreamed of, but I was miserable. I just wanted to be able to eat normally and not think about food all the time.

I knew it is not about another fad diet. So, I started going deeper. I discovered the reasons why I truly struggled with food since early childhood. I created and tested a unique method to rewire my brain, mindset, cravings, and habits.

Now, I lost 15 kg while eating my favourite foods without restriction. However, the most important I feel free, I am no longer a slave to food.
